Launched in 1997, the FENDI Baguette instantly became one of the most popular accessories of the decade, creating an enduring style icon that women the world over have coveted and collected with passion. A deceptively small, simple handbag to be carried under the arm like the French loaf from which it takes its name, the FENDI Baguette has been produced in over 1,000 versions.

FENDI Hawaii celebrated 15 years of the Baguette with a champagne toast and an exclusive archive baguette exhibition. Guests had an opportunity to customize a made-to-order selleria baguette with FENDI’S on-site Roman craftsman. Twenty percent of the event’s proceeds benefitted the The University of Hawaii Art Department.
