About the artist and illustrations: Landan Laʻakea Tolentino, a.k.a. “Tanglman,” is an artist currently based in OKC, Oklahoma. Tanglman started in the summer of 2020. Its inspirations are rooted in his upbringing watching cartoons, playing music, catching waves and absorbing the multicolored and iconic surroundings in and around Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
